Close your eyes and recognize that the same Light-awareness that knows you is the same Light that creates the stars. You are not separate from anything—you are the One expressing as the many.

Practice balanced giving and receiving today. When you give, know you will receive. When you receive, know you must give. This is the heartbeat of the universe.
The Principle of Thinking/Knowing
Mind is the cause, matter is the effect—like a sculptor's idea becomes the statue
Notice that your body doesn't think; YOU think through your body. You are not the wave of sensation—you are the stillness that knows the wave.
The Principle of Polarity & Duality
Hot and cold, light and dark, positive and negative are opposite ends of the same condition, like two ends of a battery
When you experience something you don't want, remember it is balanced by its opposite. Shift your focus toward what you desire—it already exists.
The Principle of Love as the Foundation
Love is the cohesive force that unifies all creation, like gravity holds the planets in their orbits
Ask yourself: 'Am I acting from love or from fear?' Love unifies and creates; fear divides and destroys. Choose love in this moment.
The Principle of Rest and Action (Stillness and Motion)
God is the still Light at the center; creation is the electric motion around it—like the sun (still) and its radiating light (motion)
Alternate between stillness and action today. Before acting, be still. After acting, rest. This is how the universe creates.
