Thought Life Connection is dedicated to empowering individuals through the exploration of the mind-body connection. It offers resources, workshops, and coaching services aimed at enhancing personal growth, mental clarity, and overall well-being. By integrating principles from neuroscience, psychology, and holistic practices, Thought Life Connection provides tools and insights to help individuals harness the power of their thoughts to create meaningful life changes.
Deborah (Dee) Tonken, a storyteller from Peaks Island, Maine, graduated from the Institute of American Indian Arts in 2014. Her Nana Dee and Ari Take-Along Book Series simplifies philosophical ideas into engaging stories with vivid illustrations, focusing on themes like love, nature, kindness, and harmony. Through her writing, Deborah aims to inspire compassion and mindfulness, fostering a deeper appreciation of our interconnected world.


12 Habits 4 All of Us is a monthly framework designed to uplift lives and foster peace and unity within communities. Established over 30 years ago, this program emphasizes the formation of positive habits, with each month dedicated to a specific focus, such as helping others, environmental stewardship, and gratitude.
